NEW POWER-D Crimp & Poke Combo D-Subs

NorComp has expanded it’s POWER-D product offering to include POWER-D crimp & poke connectors. These combo D-Sub connectors can carry both signal & power contacts in the same connector body. In medium to high volume applications, crimping

and poking is much more cost effective than soldering. Crimp connectors completely

encapsulate the contact for electrical isolation, whereas solder cup contacts require the addition of heat shrink tubing.

• Available in 3W3, 5W5, 7W2, 9W4, 13W3, 17W2, 21WA4

• Higher vibration resistance than solder cup variants

• Screw machined contacts for high mating cycles

• Inter-mates with most commercial equivalent products

• 230°C process temperature

• 5 AMP signal contacts, 20/40 AMP power contacts

• Operating temperature: -55°C to +155°C

• Dielectric withstanding: 1,000 VAC R.M.S.
