USB Type A Connectors
The NorComp line of USB type A connectors and cables are differentiated from type B by their rectangle shape and use in smaller computer peripherals such as a mice or keyboards mated to a type A receptacle through a USB hub or host controller on computers.
USB Type B Connectors & USB MINI B
The USB type B connectors and cables are square in shape and generally used in larger computer peripherals such as scanning and printing devices. The USB mini B is a smaller version, 3 by 7 mm, of the standard USB type B connector commonly used in connection for digital camera applications.
