Live Chat is a way for you to communicate instantly with a NorComp support specialist. Much like an Instant Message, you can have a detailed conversation about a NorComp product and also have the ability to print / email the entire conversation for your record.

When the Live Chat Button shows "Online" your question will be answered in the order in which it was received. When the Live Chat Button shows "Offline" your question will be forwarded in email form to the department of your choice and someone from our support team will contact you within 24-48 hours.
